Day 3 of #manflu—I’ll be back to work tomorrow

I woke up with a head ache after another poor night’s sleep. I woke up nearly every hour finding it difficult to breathe. Today though I’ve started feeling better.

Tonight I prepared some chicken thigh fillet in a salt and pepper style with baby broccoli, bok choi and carrots.
